Breakfast 8:30: Eggs, Almond Butter, Banana
Lunch 11:30: Ceasar Salad, Chicken, Apple
Dinner: 6:30: caveman chili , banana
Snack 9:00: ground beef, Ceasar salad

Side note.  I don't think the Ceasar dresssing is good for me.  Feel a little bloated.  going to cut out.
