Breakfast: Eggs, Bacon, Apple
Lunch: Chicken, Mashed Potatoes
Snack: Apple, Peanut Butter (Was really hungry in afternoon so grabbed a snack)

Alternating between T2B and Box Jumps 24"
Barbell Complex EMOTM 15 Minutes
1 Power Clean
2 Front Squat
1 Jerk
Mostly light weight until 10 minute, then worked up to 225 for last minute
