Dinner: Natural Wings, Naked Smoothie, Pistachios
Snack: Smootie, Pistachios

Weight: 241.6  (Feel good about that because I didn't gain any weight on trip)

14.4  180 with a time of 13:13
Wish I had a muscle up, but do not.
