Too Much food today

315 Deadlift until 8 minute mark

185 Power Clean until 18 Minute mark
800 M run
95 Overhead Squat until 30 Minute Mark

Really struggled today.  Movement felt bad and slow.  I think it has to do with the peanut butter last night
