Breakfast: Eggs, Guac, hot sauce, banana
Lunch: Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Butter
Snack: Chicken, Banana
Dinner: Qdoba, regular

Weight: 232.6

Naptown:

Pistol work.  Actually got a pistol for first time on right leg

Push Jerk: 225.  Knee didn't bother me at all

Thruster: worked up to 185 on last set.  Did first few with bar and 95 lb.
