Breakfast: Eggs, Bacon, blueberries
Lunch: Indian Food (Havela), Tiki Masala, Rice, Spinich
Dinner: Qdoba, Regular
Weight: 234.6
I think not eating after dinner is a good thing. avoiding that later evening snack seems to not leave me starving (although I crave it), but has had a positive impact the last few days
