Breakfast: Eggs, Cheese, Hot Sauce
Lunch: Patachou, Omlette, eggs, avacado, ham, cheese.  Greens, Bacon, Fruit
Snack: Chicken, orange
Dinner: La Pieadad, Arroz Con Pollo

Scale: 231.6 Actually lost weight and hit new number on vacation

Naptown:
5x5 Deadlift
Got to 365 and back felt really tight.  did rest at 315

EMOTM:
3 Strict Pullups, 5 Push Ups
